"I was initially very satisfied with his work until 2 days into the project I got an instant reply email saying "I'm on vacation for a week. I will respond in a week!". My project was very timely so I was very surprised and frustrated that 1. He did not mention his vacation in the proposal and 2. He didn't tell me once I hired him that he was about to have a week long vacation. This left me hanging and I had to find another lawyer to finish the project."
